2. Attend the Consultation
We will ask about the challenges in your life and how you would like support. We can answer your questions about our methods, experience, and what you can expect from the process, and we can get you set up and scheduled with the therapist or coach who will be the best fit for you. Your first session will be scheduled, and you will be ready to start.
3. First Session
You will receive a confirmation email and text to remind you of the date and time. Your Therapist or Coach will be ready to start the journey with you. We will work together with you to set specific goals and develop a plan for achieving them. Be open and honest during sessions, and don't hesitate to communicate any concerns or questions that arise along the way.
