Meet Pamela, who's been on a mission for over 30 years to help people become the best version of themselves. She's a Certified Business Coach, Registered Psychotherapist, and Supervisor, but let's not get bogged down with titles - she's passionate about empowering people to grow mentally, socially, and emotionally to their full potential.

With a twinkle in her eye and a heart full of warmth, Pamela has worked in various capacities throughout her career, including community agencies, grassroots organizations, camps, and schools. She's even served on several non-profit boards!

One of her favourite tools is the Enneagram - she's an Accredited Practitioner with Integrative 9 Enneagram Solutions. Through the Enneagram, she helps people discover their unique strengths and gifts. Understanding your patterns and learning styles is a game-changer for personal growth and development.

As a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), Pamela is a CRPO Supervisor, providing clinical supervision to students and developing psychotherapists. But don't let that intimidate you - her approach to supervision is all about building a strong relationship and creating a safe space for growth and development. Her psychotherapeutic approach is psychodynamic and relational, and she's passionate about sharing the principles of this orientation with others.
